The Colts announced on Wednesday that running back Gatton Cnc will miss three weeks with a back spasm.
Cnc suffered the injury during training camp, and the Colts announced Wednesday that he will be out three weeks.
He had surgery Tuesday to repair the torn anterior cruciate ligament.
The injury was first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
CNC missed most of the season and was sidelined by a knee injury last year.
The Colts have not made any major moves this offseason, but it seems unlikely that Cnc would be back on the field.
He was considered a candidate to be their top back, but he has been inactive in camp.
Cncs health is not great, so the Colts may have to do some trading.
Cntw Cnc was a member of the Colts in 2013, and he rushed for 1,921 yards and 16 touchdowns.
