By DAVID BURROWS/Associated Press AUSTIN (AP) Cheap cnc machines are the key to a fast-growing industry of small, cheap machines that are increasingly replacing traditional manufacturing jobs.
The demand for cnc-based machines is increasing by 10-fold a year, according to a report released Monday by the National Retail Federation, which represents CNC manufacturing companies.CNC machines were once used to make simple tools and tools for construction.
They are now used to assemble small, inexpensive machines that can be assembled into a complex and expensive machine.
The U.S. has lost more than 2 million jobs since 2010, as the manufacturing industry lost nearly two-thirds of its value.
The rapid growth in the manufacturing sector has also led to an explosion in the use of robots, which have become increasingly sophisticated over the past decade.
In the report, the National Recycling Association said the number of jobs lost due to job losses and automation is at least 6 million.
The NRSA’s data show that in the first nine months of 2018, the number that were lost due the U.N. World Food Program (WFP) food aid cut in October was more than 40 million.
Robotics and automation are growing faster than the overall economy, the NRSA report found.
And many of those jobs are in sectors like auto and auto parts.
The jobs lost from that category in 2018 totaled 4 million.
