The 4x 8 mach 3 is a very powerful, well-balanced and well-priced cutter for plasma making.

It’s also a great way to make the cutting process easier by allowing you to add the cutting edge of your plasma cutter to the cutting surface of the template.

This video will walk you through the process of making a 4×8 template for the 4×4 mach 3 using a 1×4 drill.

You’ll see how to drill a hole into the template to make an opening to fit the cutting hole into, then drill a 1/8″ hole in the template for your cutting edge.

You then drill the hole in this template into the opening so that you can use the cutting blade to cut out the plasma from the hole.

The final step is to insert the cutting tip into the hole to make sure that it’s parallel to the opening and then finish drilling the hole with the cutting tool.

You will need a 5/16″ x 1/2″ drill bit, an 8mm hex-head socket, and a 3/8-in x 1-in square saw blade.


Cut out a template with a 1×4 drill bit.

This is the template we will be using to make this cutting hole.


Drill a hole in one end of the 1×2 drill bit so that it can fit into the 2×4 template hole.


Drill the hole into this template.

The hole will be in the 1/4″ x 3/4-in slot.


Now we need to drill the other end of this template hole so that the 3/16-in hex-heads socket will fit into this hole.


Drill this hole in to the template slot, and then attach the saw blade to the saw bit to create the opening in the hole we drilled.


Now attach the cutting end of your cutting tool to the 1×2 drill piece and then drill out the hole you drilled in the 2×4 template.


Slide the template into place.


Slide your cutting end over the saw tool to make it square.


Now slide the template over the drill bit to make one long slit.


Slide this slit through the template opening in to your cutting hole, and slide it back over the hole so you can turn it over to create a cut.


Now it’s time to attach your blade to your saw.

You can see in the video that I have a 3.5″ drill to attach the blade to this template so that I can easily remove the template after it’s cut.

Step 4: Cut out the template using a 3×4 machine.

This step can be done on the computer, but it’s easiest to use a machine with a cutting depth of 1/16″.

You can use a cutting board with a 3″ or 1.5″, or you can just cut out a piece of plywood to make your template.

Here’s how to cut the template out.

1: With your cutting board, cut a template out of ply and cut it out into 3/32″ square.

This will make a template for cutting a 4″ x 8″ piece of sheet metal.

2: Drill a 1″ hole at the top of the 2.5×4 cutting board to make room for your 3/64″ drill bits.

3: With the template cut out, slide the cutting board over the 3×2 hole you made earlier.

4: Now slide this template over to the 3×4 hole.

You should have a 1.25″ square opening in your cutting template.

5: Now with your 3×3 machine, cut out your template from the 2″ ply piece that you cut out earlier.

You can see here that I made a small hole in each side of the opening for the drill bits to pass through.

You want the drill holes to be spaced 2″ apart so that they can pass through the templates as you drill.

The drill holes should be 2″ away from each other and the template will sit flush against the drill hole.

6: Now you’ll be able to see your template in the machine’s viewfinder.

Now you can cut the piece of metal that we’re going to use for our template out with your drill bit using the 3″ drill hole you just drilled out earlier on the 3.75″ drill mill.

The 3.875″ drill is the one we’ll be using for this cutout.

This drill will only cut through plywood.

The template cuts through wood and metal very nicely, so the 3 1/3″ hole drilled earlier will be perfect for this.

7: Slide the piece that we cut out using the 1″ drill holes you just made earlier into the 3 3/2 hole on the drill mill that you’re using for the cutting.
